Fun crafts, exciting projects, and motivating physical activities are why Clock Tower Kids is a great place to be after school. On a daily basis, children are offered a balance of recreational and educational activities to bridge the gap between school and home. We value the children’s input, and many games and shows have been put together with their inspiration and creativity!
Parents can relax, knowing the children have worked on their homework during our staff-guided homework time. With today’s busy schedules, this is a much-appreciated program feature.
Clock Tower Kids offers an exciting alternative to “play dates,” allowing children to hone their social skills in a more natural environment, as the staff is trained and experienced in dealing with just about every type of bump in the road on the way to middle school.
On a regular basis, children visit special places in town and outside of town. Some wonderful memories have been made on our field trips!
There are several opportunities throughout the year to learn about and get involved in service projects, such as sorting food for the Reading Food Pantry or holding a bake sale to raise money for a cause the children choose. What could otherwise be a long day, waiting to be picked up by a parent, magically turns into children having so much fun that they want to stay longer! |
